Abstract:Thispaperconductedadetailedfiniteelementanalysisonthestructuralstrengthofthepowerbaterybracket.Firstly, basedonHyperworkssoftware,afiniteelementmodelofthepowerbatterybracketanditssurroundingvehicleenvironmentwereconstructed,takingintccountmateralpopts,ectioetods,ndouskingdiioniulaios.lai sultsshowedthatthestrengthofthebracketmethedesignrequirementsundermostworkingconditions,buthereweresafetyhazards underemergencysteringoditions.Terefore,targetedtrcturalotizationplanaspropoedandthetizatiota verifiedtroughsubsequentsimulations.Finall,ctualxperimentsfurtherconfimedtheructuraleliabiltyandsafetyoftti mized power battery bracket.
