Abstract:Toaddressglobalenvironmentalrequirementsandthenationaldual-carbonstrategy,aDHThybrid18tcompactiongar bagetruckhasbendeveloped.FortheDHhybridpowersystemmatchedwiththe18tcompactiongarbagetruck,theapplicationsce nariosofthecompactiongarbagetruckwerefirstanalyzed,includingthemainusesandworkingconditioncharacteristicsoftheveicle.Basedontheoverallvehicleparametersandpowersystemrequirementsofthetraditionalfuelversionofthe18tcompactingarbagetruck,theDHThybridpowersystemwasselected.Initiall,thepowerdemandforthevehicle'sdrivingconditionswasdetermined,ndthentheDHThybridsystemwasselectedaccordingtotheaboveparameters.Throughsimulationanalysesofpowerperfor manceandeconomiceficiencyforboththetraditionalfuelvehicleandtheDHThybridvehicle,itwasconcludedthatbothtypesofvehiclesmetheoverallpowerrequirementsIntermsofpowerperformance,theDHThybridvehicledemonstratesstrongerinstantaneous power comparedtothetraditionalfuelvehicle.Specifically,the maximumspeedof theDHThybrid vehicle is 7.04% higher than thatofthe traditionalfuel vehicle.The maximum climbingability,in terms of gradient at the same speed,is 21.2% higher for theDHT hybridvehicleompaedtottraditioalfuelhicleeustaidlibingbilityointesofdietatthespds34. 8% higherfortheDHThybridvehiclecomparedtothetraditionalfuelvehicle.Intermsofeconomiceficiency,theDHThybridvehicle achievesa fuel-savingrate of over 25% compared to the traditional fuel vehicle under the target operating scenario.The DHT hybrid vehiclemetsemissionreductionrequirementsandalignswiththenationaldual-carbonstrategy.IteasilysatisfiesNationalVIision standardsandthenationalfourth-stagefuelconsumptionlimits,andiswell-preparedtomeetenextstageofemissionstandards.
