Abstract：Withtherapidexpansionofthenewenergyvehiclemarketrepresentedbyelectricdrive，theproblemofdiferentialfailurehasbecomeicreasinglypromient，eriouslyectingveiclereliabilityanduserexperience.Thispaperconductsadetaldanaly sisofthefailurecaseofthediferentialofacertairandofelectricdrivevehiclerevealingtemechanismofthefilureofthedieren tialduetothelackoflubricationunderthecouplingefectofhighrotationalspeeddiferenceandlargetorque.Andbyformulatingan optimizationplanandconductingexperimentalverification，theprobleofderentialfailurewassolved.Tispractcalmethodeffec tivelyimprovesthelubricatioperformanceoftediferentialassemblyandthewearresistanceoftsparts，providingaeferecefor the research and development and optimization of similar products in electric drive vehicles.

1前言

差速器是汽车传动系统的一个重要零部件，它将发动机的扭矩传递给驱动车轮，当汽车在转弯行驶或者不平路面上行驶时，可以使两侧车轮以不同的角速度滚动，从而保证两侧车轮与地面之间做纯滚动运动，减少轮胎的磨损和动力消耗，提高汽车的通过性[1]。（剩余3017字）
