Abstract：ThisstudyestablishedaV-shapedbendingfiniteelementmodelusingSimufactForming，validatedthemodeleliability throughexperimentsandsystematicallyanalyzedtheinfluenceofplatethicknessanddiegeometricparametersonspringback.There sultsindicatedthatinreasdplatetiknsinducenoneargowthinsprgbackange，ithteateofinreasegradallydcres ingasthickness expands.Amongdieparameters，thelowerdieopeningwidthemergedasthemostsignificantfactorafectingspring back，whiletheupperandlowerdiefiletadiieibitedminialeffectsReseachoncusionscanlaytheteoreticalgroundworkfor developing subsequent angle compensation models.
