Abstract:Thesuspensionsystemisthecorepartofthetrackedvehicle,whichdirectlybears theimpacttransmited from the groundthroughthetrack,idlerwhlbalancingelbow.Thestfesscurveofthesuspensionsystedirectlyaectsthedampingeffect. Thevehiclesuspensionsystemisgenerallcomposedofelasticelements,dampingelements,limiters,guidedevicesanduxiliarydevices,andthecoreofthesuspensionisteelasticelementsanddampingelements.Theelasticelementabsorbsenergythroghdeforation,whichcorrespondstoestifsoftsuspesion;damingemntistheateaioofration,chcoespostothe dampingofthesuspension.Bycomparingthemaximumloadandthestaticbalanceloadandcomparing themaximumstrokeandstatic strokeofsuspensioncylinder,theleverratioandtheinitialpressureareoptimizedtoachieveteoptimizationoftesuspensionsste.

履带车辆在多种恶劣道路和地形条件下都具有出色的越野能力,但其行驶过程中伴随着较强的振动,不仅影响车辆的操作舒适性,还可能对车辆结构、设备、系统和机构传动元件等造成损坏,甚至可能产生共振,对车辆损坏更大。(剩余4991字)
