Abstract:Hubbearing isakeycomponentofnewenergyvehicles.Intheservice processofnewenergy vehicles,hubbearings havethecharacteristisoflongworkingtimeandighreliabilityandthepossibiltyoffilureislow,whichisoftenigordHowev er,thehubbearingwillbeectedbydynamictime-varingworkingconditionsduringtheorkingproces,andterewillbefailure. Obtainingthewholelifedataintheserviceprocessbymeansofexperimentswillconsumealotofmanpowerandmaterialresources, andevenbediiculttoachieve.Inthispaper,throughthecombinatioofdigitaltwintechnologyandexperimentaldataanaurate digitaltwnmodelofubbearingisconstructed.Withthismodel,theservicedataoftewholelifecycleofubbearingisobtained, andthedegradationdegreeofbearingisunderstood,whichcaneffectivelyreducethefailureofhubbearingofnewenergyvehicleand improve the service performance of new energy vehicle.
