ABSTRACTOBJECTIVETo providereference forfurtherunifying and standardizing thequalityof home-based pharmaceutical servicesinclose-knitregional medicalcommunityof Sichuanand Chongqing，andensuring medicationsafetyof patients. METHODS Under the guidanceof the Chongqing Medical Asociationand the Chongqing Pharmaceutical AdministrationQuality ControlCenter，andledbytheBishanHospitalAfliatedtoChongqngMedicalUniversityandtheYongchuanHospitalAiliated toChongqingMedicalUniversity，14medicalinstitutionsintheSichuan-ChongqingregionjointlyparticipatedBasedonexisting regulations，guidelines，andexpertconsensus，questionnairesurveywasconductedtoinvestigatethimplementationstatusofomebasedpharmaceutical serviceswithin theclose-knitregional medicalcommunityof Sichuanand Chongqing.Subsequently，the Delphi ethod wasemployed forexpertconsultationandtheanalytic hierarchyprocesswasused todetermine indicator weights， ultimatelyestablishingaqualitycontrolsystemforhome-basedpharmaceuticalservicesintheclose-knitregionalmedical communityof SichuanandChongqing.RESULTs&CONCLUSIONsThisconsensus has establishedaqualitycontrolsystemfor home-based pharmaceutical services withintheclose-knit regional medicalcommunityof Sichuanand Chongqing，encompassing threedimensions：servicequalificationevaluation，necesityevaluation，andservicequality evaluation.Among them，service qualityevaluationservesasthecorecomponentofthequalitycontrolsystem，incorporatingl6secondaryindicators，whichare furtherclasifiedinto9coreindicatorsand7generalindicatorsbasedontheirsignificance.Meanwhile，thisconsensusproposesa phasedqalitycontrolstrategy.Undertheframeworkoftheclose-knitregionalmedicalcommunityinSichuanandChongqig，this strategytakes execution priorityand executioneffectivenessas its core. It allows for flexible handling of the rigid requirements concerning service qualificationsand necessity，thereby providing aunified and operable quality control toolkit for theclose-knit regional medical community in Sichuan and Chongqing.
