基于名中医工作室的医院一社区结合脑卒中康复模式构建研究

Abstract Based on the perspective of medical consortium management and taking stroke rehabilitation as the practical carrier，throughthe establishmentofafamous Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） physician studio，this study fo cuses on strengthening the key node support capacity of regional rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment.This approach effectivelyenhances thelinkageofregionalrehabilitation medicalresources，integrates theadvantagesofTCMtechniques with modern westernrehabilitationtechnologies，and establishesa standardizedand homogeneous full一course rehabilitationdiagnosis and treatment system，thereby significantly improving the acesibilityand continuityof rehabilitation services for stroke patients.Research shows that constructing a hospital-community integrated stroke rehabilitation modelbasedon thefamous TCMphysician studiocan effectively enhance thecollaborativeeficiencyof medical resources within the region，providing areference for establishinga high一quality rehabilitation service system that promotes the synergistic development of integrated TCM and western medicine in the region.
