Abstract The grade IV day surgery for the liver is a botteneck in the promotion of liver day surgery. After years of exploration，the HepatobiliaryPancreatic Surgery Departmentof the First Medical Center，ChinesePLA General Hospitalhas summarized a safeand effective fullprocess management model for liver grade IVdaysurgery. Ithas establishedaninstitutionalized and standardized liver complex daysurgery evaluation system from three aspects： patient and disease selection，perioperative management，and postoperative folow一up，providing reference for the development and promotion of liver complex day surgery.
