肺部肿瘤日间手术探索的“肺科经验”：以胸腔镜下肺楔形切除术和肺大泡切除术为例

Abstract Topromote high一qualitydevelopment of the hospital，Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital explored the establishment of adayurgerywardLeveraging thesingle一portvideo一asistedthoracoscopicsurgerytechnical system，whole process formationmanagement，andthoneptoffullprocsericebymedicalasistants，theospitalachevedseamlessitegationofpreop erative assessment，intraoperativeprocedures，and postoperativefollwup，therebycreatinga "PulmonaryModel"fordaysurgery of pulmonary tumors.FromJune2Ol9to December 2023，atotalof 5608 thoracicdaysurgerieswereperformedatthe hospital. Compared withconventional wardsforthesametypesof diseases，thedaysurgery model reduced thetotalpatientcosts by13.20%， medication expenses by 9.71% ， and shortened the average length of hospital stay by 2.76 days. This provides a reference for optimizing the allocation of medical resources and enhancing the efficiency of medical services.
