Abstract The medical treatment team led by the discipline director serves as the fundamental organizational unit of thedisciplineandrepresents aneworganizational modelfor medical doctor resources.By summarizing themain practices of the atending physician responsibility system，this paper analyzed the existing problems during the system's operation. It is proposed thatit is essential to adhere to the leadership responsibility system of clinical department directors，improve relevant personnel appointment systems，adopt arational perspective on the reasonable mobilityof talents，ensure that assessment indicators align with the hospital's development strategies.
