Abstract Objective To explore the confirmation methods for the fully automated blood transfer and refrigeration assembly line.MethodsA fuly automated blood transferand refrigeration assembly line was developed,and its key performance parameters were verified,encompassing blood quantity counting,whole blood weight measurement,and blod surface temperature monitoring.Results:The fully automated blood transfer and refrigeration assmbly line achieved a 100% accuracy rate in blood quantity counting. The blood weight measurements obtained from the assembly line were consistent with those from electronic scales,and the blood surface temperature monitoring met the quality standards.ConclusionThefully automated blood transfer and refrigerationassembly line exhibits data stabilityadvantages in blood quantitycounting,blood weightcontrol,and blood temperature monitoring,ensuring the acuracyand reliabilityof theblood transfer process.Itcontributes tothe standardizationand normalizationofintellgent blood banks.
