腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后生育忧虑水平及其相关影响因素分析

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the level of postoperative fertility anxiety and its related influencing factors in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy （LM）.Method： Eighty-eight patients who underwent LM in Zhangshu People's Hospital from March 2O21 to October 2O23 were selected，and allof them were surveyed by thefertility worryscale，andthen linear regression was adoptedtoanalyze the influencingfactors of the postoperative fertilityanxietylevel ofLMpatients.Result：Statisticaly，the postoperative fertilityanxietylevelscoreof88LM patients was （62.50±6.78 ）; the results of univariate analysis showed that the postoperative fertility anxiety levels of LM patients with high school education and above，unhealthy family function，childlessness，and strong perceptual pressure were higher than those ofLM patients with educational level below high school，healthy family function， children，and mild perceptual pressure，and the differences were statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）; linear regression analysisshowedthatliteracylevel，familyfunction，havingchildrenandperceivedstressweretheinfluencingfactors of postoperative fertility anxiety in LM patients（ （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Thelevelof postoperative fertility anxiety inLMpatients isrelativelyhigh，anditisinfluencedbythepatients'familyfunction，culturallevel，thepresenceof children and perceived stress.
