[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ziwu Liuzhu timed acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type.Method： A total of 10O patients with PCOS of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type admitted to the AffiliatedHospitalof Jiangxi Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicine fromJanuary2O23toMay 2024 were randomly divided into two groups， with 5O patients in each group.The treatment group received Ziwu Liuzhu timed acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion，and the control group received conventional acupuncture and moxibustion.The serum indicators， endometrial receptivity （ER） related indicators of the two groups were compared.Result：After3cyclesof treatment，the levelsoffolicle stimulating hormone and estradiol increased inboth groups，those in the treatment group were higher than those inthe control group，luteinizing hormone， testosterone，anti-Mullerian hormone，fasting insulin，fasting plasma glucose decreased inboth groups，and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. The third cycle of treatment， the endometrial thickness and pulsatility indexand resistance index of uterinespiral arterydecreased in both groups，those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.After 3 cycles of treatment， the proportion of A-type endometrium in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （ P- <0.05）. Conclusion： Ziwu Liuzhu timed acupuncturecombined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can improve the sex hormone and metabolic status of patients with PCOS of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type，and improve ER.
