[Abstract] Objective： To observe the effect of inner imagery therapy combined with ischemic grading nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction inthe Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.Method：A total of 90 patients withacute myocardial infarction who were treatedintheCardiacIntensiveCare UnitoftheSecondAffiliated Hospitalof Nanchang University from July 2O23 to June2O24 were selectedas theobservationobjects.After grouping bythe random number table method，45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the experimental group were obtained.The control group received routine care for acute myocardial infarction，while the experimental group received inner imagery therapycombined with ischemic grading nursing.The various observation indicators afterthe intervention in the two groups were compared.Result： The positive emotion score and compliance rate were higher in experimental group thanthose incontrol group，while the negative emotionscore，Chinese versionofthe perceived psychological stress scale score，acute physiology and chronic health evaluation score and incidence of malignant arrhythmia were lower in experimental group than those in control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of the intervention of inner imagery therapy combined with ischemic grading nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction in the Cardiac IntensiveCare Unit isconducive to theoptimizationof patients'emotions，the reductionof psychological stress，theimprovementofcomplianceand health level，andthereductionof theincidence of malignant arrhythmia.
