[Abstract] Objective： This paper aims to explore the mechanism of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of diabetic fotthrough network pharmacology studyand seek related signaling pathways.Method： TCMPS was used to retrieve the active ingredients of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction，GeneCards database and TTD database wereused toretrieve the relatedtargetsof diabeticfoot，Cytoscape3.10.3 software was used toconstructthe network diagram of active ingredients-targets of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction，and therelated signaling pathwaysof Shenqi Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of diabetic fot were explored through the Metascape database.Result： There were 230 active ingredients of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction，79 intersecting targets of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction anddiabeticfoot，andatotal of281 signaling pathways wereobtainedaftertheanalysisofthe intersection targets.

Conclusion： According to KEGG enrichment analysis，AGE-RAGE signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway play an important role in the treatment of diabetic foot with Shenqi Tongmai Decoction.
