[Abstract] Objective: This paper aims to explore the mechanism of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of diabetic fotthrough network pharmacology studyand seek related signaling pathways.Method: TCMPS was used to retrieve the active ingredients of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction,GeneCards database and TTD database wereused toretrieve the relatedtargetsof diabeticfoot,Cytoscape3.10.3 software was used toconstructthe network diagram of active ingredients-targets of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction,and therelated signaling pathwaysof Shenqi Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of diabetic fot were explored through the Metascape database.Result: There were 230 active ingredients of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction,79 intersecting targets of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction anddiabeticfoot,andatotal of281 signaling pathways wereobtainedaftertheanalysisofthe intersection targets.

Conclusion: According to KEGG enrichment analysis,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway play an important role in the treatment of diabetic foot with Shenqi Tongmai Decoction.
