[Abstract]Objective：To explore the effectiveness modified Morita therapy combined with Duloxetine， Paroxetine inthe treatment depression.Method：A total 8O patients with depression treated at the from March 2O22 to March 2O24 were included inthe study.Patients were randomly assigned to two groups using the odd-even grouping method. The odd-numbered patients were assigned to the control group （n=4O），and the even-numbered patients were assigned to the observation group （ n 40）.Both groups received modified Morita therapy. The control group was treated with Paroxetine， while the observation group received Duloxetine.The therapeutic effects，psychological states （SAS score，SDS score），sleepquality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI）]， pain degree （VAS score）， and levels inflammatory factors [IL-6， TNF- α ， serum brain derived neurotrophic factor （BDNF）]before treatment and2 months after treatment the two groups were compared.Result：After the treatment，the total effective rate the observation group was higher than that the control group; the SAS score and SDS score the observation group were lower than those the control group; the PSQI score and VAS score the observation group were lower than those the control group;the levels IL-6 and TNF- α （204 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the level BDNF was higher than that in the control group， the differenceswere statistically significant P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：Based onthemodified Morita therapy，thecombined treatment depresionwithDuloxetine has abetterefect thanthecombined treatment with Paroxetine.Itcansignificantlyimprovethepsychologicalstate，sleepquality，paindegreeand inflammatoryfactor levels patients，and hasabetter therapeutic effect.
