前列腺剜除术后患者导尿管维护策略的研究

[Abstract]Objective: To observe the efect of catheter maintenance strategy on patients after prostatectomy. Method: The research subjects who underwent prostatectomy from Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,withatotalof6O cases,from January2O23 to August 2024 wereselected.They weredivided into the control group(conventional catheter care)and the experimental group (catheter maintenance strategy)using arandom number table method.The efect of diffrent maintenance methods were observed.Result:The unplanned catheter removal rate and catheter-related urinary tract infection rate in the experimental group ( 3.33% ,6.67 % )werelower than 23.33% 26.67% in the control group ( P <0.05); the success rate of one-time catheter removal in the experimental group (96.67% )was higher than 73.33% in the control group (P<0.05) ; the proportions of pain grades O and I in the experimental group (40.00% 33.33% )were higher than 13.33% , 10.00% in the control group,and the proportions of grades II and II ( 16.67% 10.00% ) were lower than 40.00% 36.67% in the control group ( P <0.05); the proportions of urinary irritation grades O and1 in the experimental group (43.33% 36.67% )werehigher than 10.00% , 13.33% in the control group,and the proportions of grades2 and 3( 16.67% 3.33% )werelower than 43.33% 5 33.33% in the control group P<0.05 ).Conclusion: Catheter maintenance strategy for patients after prostatectomy is significantly effective, which canreduce the unplanned catheter removal rateandcatheter-related urinary tract infection risk,increase he success rate of one-time catheter removal,and alleviate the patients'pain and urinary irritation.
