地屈孕酮片对PCOS并不孕患者治疗效果、性激素及炎症因子的影响

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the influence of Dydrogesterone Tablets on the therapeutic effect， sex hormonesand inflammatory factors of patients with PCOS and infertility.Method：Atotal of86 patients with PCOS and infertilityadmitted to Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2O21 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group （43 cases）and the control group （43 cases） by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Clomiphene Citrate Tablets，while the study group was treated with Dydrogesterone Tablets in combination on the basis of the control group.The ovarian hemodynamic indicators，ovarian function indicators，sex hormone levels，inflammatory factorssecreted byadipose tissue，clinical eficacyand health status scores of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：Before treatment，there wereno significant diferences in peak systolicvelocity（PSV），pulsatile index （PI），resistance index （RI）， number of follicles，ovarian volume，estradiol （E2） ，progesterone （P）， luteinizing hormone （LH）， folliclestimulating hormone （FSH），visfatin（VF），leptin （LEP），andquestionnaire scoreof qualityof life for patients with PCOS in the two groups P>0.05 ）. After treatment， compared with the control group，the PSV and PI in the study group were higher，theRI waslower，the numberoffolicles was fewer，the ovarian volume was smaller，thelevelsof E2 andPwere higher，the levelsofLHandFSHwere lower，thelevels of VFand LEP were lower，and the scoresof the qualityoflifequestionnaireofPCOS patients were higher，the differences were statisticallysignificant （ P <0.05）. After the treatment，compared with the control group，the total efective rate of treatment inthe study group was higher，thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（ P <0.05）.Conclusion：Dydrogesterone Tabletscombined with Clomiphene Citrate haveabeter therapeutic effect in the treatment of PCOSand infertility.Itcan effectively improvetheovarian functionand thelevelsofsex hormones and inflammatoryfactorsofpatients，and enhance their health level.
