[Abstract]Objective： Toexplore and analyze the clinical efectof Xiao'er Shikou Powder combined with Bifid Triple Viable Powder inthe treatmentof antibiotic-associated diarrheain children.Method： Atotal of112 children withantibiotic-associateddiarrheaadmited to Wenjiang Maternaland ChildHealth Care Hospital inChengdufrom February 2O2O to January 2O22 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， with 56 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional intervention. The control group was treated with Bifid Triple Viable Powder，and the observation group was treated with Xiao'er Shikou Powderon the basis of thecontrol group.The clinical eficacy，disappearance time of main symptoms and signs and the time for resuming normal eating of the two groups were compared.Thechanges of intestinal flora and immunefunctionindicators before and aftertreatmentinthetwo groups were compared.Meanwhile，theoccurrenceof adversereactions was observed.Result：The total clinical efective rate of the observation group was higher han that of thecontrol group，disappearance time of main symptoms and signs and the time for resuming normal eating were all earlier than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.After the treatment， the intestinal floraand immune function indicatorsof the observation group were beter than those of the control group， thedifferenceswere statistically significant （ P <0.05）.There wasno statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period （ P >0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Xiao'er Shikou Powderand BifidTriple ViablePowder inthe treatmentofantibiotic-associated diarrhea inchildren canachievebeter clinical effects，promotethe improvementof clinical symptomsandsigns，shortenthedisappearance time of mainsymptoms，help regulate intestinal floraandthe immune functionof thebody，and doesnot increase adverse reactions during the treatment period.It is safe and reliable.
