Abstract：“Thesecondintegratin”isanotheremanipationofourmindsofthePartywhichintegratesthebasictenetsofarism withtheideologicaleceandspitalsymbolsofChina’fineraditionalcuure，anditegratesthwithteommonvalusandcul turaldentityofteCineseationTisprovidesusefullghteentforderstadingdtrasfoingteorldandesalable insightsfornationagoveance.Consoidatingthepricipaloleofcltureisimportantgudaneforteartytoleadteokofprogan da，ideology，ndcultureinthenwera.TePartyleadstepeopletoupholdtheulturalrotsintheconstructionofsocialiswithChinesecharacteristics，hilepromotingthereativetransformationandiovativedevelopmentofChina’sfinetraditionalcutureando tributingChinesewisdomtotedvelopmentofhumancilization.TeCCisthemainstayofconsolidatingtheprincipaloleofculture andconsolidatingtheofidenceinulture，hileupholdingtearty’sladersipdteoreticalandpracticaliovatiosinea pingoftheprincipalroleofculture.Basedontheprincipalroleofclture，weshouldenhanceconfidenceinvalues，andexcavatethegand objectivesadssetialmeaningofactiosfroecootatiosofteprcipaloleofcturesoastodeplypromotethegeatpractice of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
