Abstract: The security and stability of agricultural product supply chain is the focus of social and economic development and people's livelihood. The establishment of a highly resilient and stable agricultural supply chain is not only conducive to agricultural development, but also an inevitable requirement forthe construction of China's modern circulation system and rural revitalization project. In this study,the toughness measurement index system of agricultural product supply chain was constructed from four dimensions: Foresight, resilience, resilience and renewal. The comprehensive weight of each index was calculated by using the ordering-entropy weight method, and the toughness of agricultural product :supply chain was measured by cloud model. Finally, an example was used to verifythe feasibility of the measurement index system,and according to the measurement results,relevant suggestions were put forward to enhance the toughness of the agricultural productsupply chain,in order to provide guidance for building a moreresilient agricultural product supply chain.
