Abstract： With the deepening development of economic globalization and the intensification of market competition， enterprises are facing increasingly complex accounting problems such as financial management while facing various challenges andopportunities. Especially for related logistics enterprises， under the influence of digital transformation， there arestill certain pain points and difficulties in business upgrading and cost control in the logistics industry. The integration of businessand finance refers to a new digital enterprise operation model that combines traditional business and financial management. This emphasizes the strategic role of financial management in enterprise decision-making and puts higher demands on accounting personnel in business，management， and decision-making. The lack of professional talents and the backwardness ofdigital system resources have led to deficiencies and deficiencies in the current logistics enterprises in China when dealing with the new professional management model of business finance integration. This article aims to analyze the practical experience of enterprises in the current logistics industry in China，combined with professional theoretical knowledge and successful cases， to explore strategies and approaches for cultivating accounting talents in logistics enterprises under theintegration of industry and finance， and to promote the continuous improvement and innovation ofprofessional accountingtalent education.
