Abstract:The2022versionofthePhysical Educationand Health Curriculum StandardsforCompulsoryEducation first proposed importantconceptssuchas"bigconcepts,bigtasks,big problems,andbigunits",whichisalandmark breakthrough in the concept of physical education curriculum. This puts forward new requirements for deepening the reform of physical education curriculum.Based on the existing problems in the research of the four concepts mentioned above,this paper explores the integration of bigconcepts,big tasks,andbig problems into the teaching pathand guarantee of large units.Research suggests that traditional physical education unit teaching faces challenges suchas "shortskillhours","fragmentedlearningcontent","untraceableskillacquisition",and"repetitive teaching processes", which hinder the cultivation and development of students'core physical literacy.Taking the teaching of table tennis in the high school stage (Level 5)asan example,thisarticle explains the ideas and plans of integrating bigconcepts,big tasks,andbig problems into largeunit teaching.The guarantee strategyis: (1)basedon sports interests, implement large unit teaching of elective courses; (2) Construct structured teaching for large units with suffcient classhours as a guarantee; (3)Taking the transformation of teaching methodsas an opportunity, innovate the paradigm of large unit teaching; (4) With the asistance of collective teaching and research,improve the quality of teaching in large units; (5) Using sports literacy as the standard,achieve performance evaluationof large units.
