Abstract:【Objective】Asystematiccomparativeanalysisoffruit qualitydiffrences andcorrelations amongquality Indicators of commonlycultivated sweet cherycultivars in Tianshui City,combined withcluster heatmapanalysis,to providereferences for fruitqualityevaluationandcultivar improvementofsweecheries【Methods】Five sweet cherrycultivars,ncluding Tieton,Sunburst,Summit,Shengli,and Van,grown under protectedcultivationconditions,were selectedas test materials. Theexternal and internal quality indicators,such as single fruit weight,fruit shape index,fruitcolor,soluble sugar content, vitamin Ccontent,totalacid content,and solublesolidscontent,werecomparedand analyzed.【Results】The single fruit weightandfruit shapeindexofSummit weresignificantlyhigherthanthoseofothercultivars.Tietonshowed significant advantages in brightness,redness,and yellowness,followedby Summit.The soluble sugar content,vitamin Ccontent,and sugar acidratioofTietonandShenglimetthestandardsforhighqualityfruits.Corelationanalysisrevealedsignificantcorelationsamong various fruitqualityofsweetcherres indicators.Clusterheatmapanalysis dividedthefivecherycultivars intotwocategories,furtherclarifyingthesimilaritiesanddiferences betweenthecultivars.【Conclusion】Summit performedexcelently n termsofappearance,whileTietonandShenglishowedsignificantadvantagesininternalquality.Incontrast,thefruitqualityof Sunburst and Van was relatively inferior to that of the other cultivars.
