摘 要：长缸试漏测试是发动机制造领域常用的成品出厂质量检测手段，用于对发动机总成水通道及油通道进行试漏检测，以评估其密封性能。压降法及质量流量法是气密性检测的两种常用方式，被广泛应用于长缸试漏测试领域，本文探索两种方式的测试原理，并研究其在长缸试漏中的优劣及应用前景。

Abstract：Long-block leakage test is a common method to detect engine function before unloading， test include water system and oil system hermetic detection. Pressure drop and mass flow are primary methods in this field. Thesis apply itself to explore principle of them， and research merit and demerit in Long-block leakage test station.
