校企联动“旺工淡学、工学交替”的人才培养模式研究与实践

——以益阳职业技术学院汽车制造与试验技术专业为例

摘 要：工学结合是职业教育人才培养的理念，高职院校探索适应市场需求的人才培养模式，切实提高人才培养质量是当务之急。本文搭建起“旺工淡学、工学交替”的人才培养架构，创新 “123456”特色人才培养模式，提高学生的职业综合素养，解决企业用人困难问题，从而实现学校、学生、用人单位三方共赢。

Abstract：The combination of work and study is the concept of talent training in vocational education. It is imperative for higher vocational colleges to explore a talent training model that adapts to market needs and effectively improve the quality of talent training. This paper builds a talent training structure of "prosperity of work and low school， and alternation of work and study"， innovates the "123456" characteristic talent training model， improves students' comprehensive professional quality， and solves the difficulty of employing people in enterprises， so as to achieve a win-win situation for schools， students and employers.
