某汽油发动机双质量飞轮启动敲击的研究

摘 要:针对某混动车型高压缩比三缸发动机在点火前双质量飞轮敲击问题,本文通过对发动机燃烧数据分析及双质量飞轮内部离心摆敲击能量分析,进行实物确认,最终提高离心摆内部橡胶吸能能力,有效地解决了发动机双质量飞轮启动敲击的问题,为匹配离心摆双质量飞轮在高压缩比混动发动机上的引用及设计方案提供参考。
