摘 要：机器人目前已经在汽车制造业中得到广泛的应用，一般用于焊接、涂胶、搬运等。机器人涂胶是汽车白车身制造中的重要工艺，研究机器人涂胶系统的原理及工艺设计对于实现汽车制造的自动化、智能化生产至关重要。本文重点研究了Fanuc机器人涂胶系统的模拟量控制原理、工艺设计等内容。

Abstract：Robots have been widely used in the automobile manufacturing industry， generally used in welding， gluing， handling and so on.Robot gluing is an important process in the manufacture of car body.It is very important to study the principle and process design of robot gluing system to realize the automatic and intelligent production of automobile manufacturing.This paper focuses on the simulation parameter control principle and process design of Fanuc robot gluing system.
