摘 要：动力拧紧工具是汽车总装线上重要的装配工具，工具转速对装配效率和装配质量都有重要影响。本文主要探讨小扭矩拧紧点工具转速对拧紧质量的影响，通过选取不同拧紧类型的紧固点进行实际拧紧分析，验证了过高的转速对拧紧质量的负向影响。

Analysis of the Influence of Tool Speed on Tightening Torque Quality

Abstract：Power tightening tool is an important assembly tool on the automobile assembly line， and the tool speed has an important impact on the assembly efficiency and assembly quality. This paper mainly discusses the influence of tool speed of small torque tightening points on tightening quality， and verifies the negative influence of excessive speed on tightening quality by selecting fastening points of different tightening types for actual tightening analysis.
