汽车检具关键技术的研究

摘 要：汽车检具的一些关键技术未能突破，比如某些“特殊孔”的位置度难以通过常规检测销检测。为解决此问题，根据尺寸工程的原理，设计一种检测销机构，不仅可以检测上述“特殊孔”的位置度，还可以检测面轮廓度。

Research on key technologies of automobile inspection tools

Abstract：Some key technologies of automobile inspection tools failed to break through， for example， the position of some "special holes" is difficult to be inspected by conventional inspection pins. In order to solve this problem， according to the principle of dimension engineering， a detection pin mechanism is designed， which can not only detect the position of the above-mentioned "special hole"， but also detect tolerances of profile.
