基于四连杆机构原理汽车后备箱衣帽架设计

摘 要:本文主要介绍了一种根据四连杆机构工作原理设计的汽车后备箱可翻折衣帽架的方法,在文中,作者巧妙地将四连杆机构原理运用到衣帽架设计过程中,将尾门转动轴、衣帽架转动轴、尾门拉绳、衣帽架主体分别等同于机架、连架杆和连杆。通过计算分析和3D建模完成一套衣帽架的设计,经过实车验证,设计结果可行且可靠。

Car Trunk Coat Rack Design Based on the Principle of Four-bar Linkage

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces a kind of design according to the working principle of four bar linkage of car boot, which can fold the clothes tree method. This paper skillfully applies principle of four bar linkage to clothes tree in the process of design, the tail gate axis of rotation, clothes tree axis of rotation, the tail gate clothes tree with a rope, subject respectively equivalent frame, even the rod and connecting rod. Through calculation analysis and 3D modeling, the design of a set of clothes rack is completed after the actual vehicle verification, and the design results are feasible and reliable.
