Analysis of Vehicle Deviation Based on Six Sigma

Abstract：This article briefly introduces the concept and process of Six Sigma and the core content of pursuing continuous improvement. Through the use of Six Sigma train of thought to the vehicle deviation problem preliminary analysis， the study makes the direction of problem improvement clear， and ultimately solves or controls the problem by providing a strong support.

1 引言

本论文研究的目的在于：结合六西格码质量管理工具的优势，通过车辆跑偏实际问题的改进分析案例，初步构建基于六西格码工具的问题解决质量模型，建立以追求零缺陷生产，防范产品责任风险，降低成本，提高生产率和市场占有率，提高顾客满意度和忠诚度为核心的管理方法。（剩余2679字）
