摘 要：文章对某量产车型仪表板与前门饰板对齐度不合问题进行了研究，找出了产生该问题的根本原因，并制定了相应的解决措施，根据质量检测结果说明：采取的解决措施是有效的，解决了某量产车型仪表板与前门饰板对齐度不合问题。

Study on the Issue of the Improper Alignment between Instrument Panel and Front Door Trim of a Production Vehicle

Abstract：This paper introduces the study on the issue of the improper alignment between instrument panel and front door trim of a production vehicle. By analyzing the issue， the fundamental reason was found， and the solving measure was given， and the quality test result shows that the solving measure is valid and the issue of the improper alignment between instrument panel and front door trim is solved.
