摘 要:随着科技日益发展,人们的生活水平越来越好。汽车逐步成为家庭的出行的必备工具。我们中国是人口大国,汽车的保有量逐年上升,伴随车辆的不断增多,汽车发生的碰撞事故也随之增多。而对于严重碰撞损伤的车辆,车身修复过程中的焊接质量,直接影响着维修后车辆的安全系数。

Abstract:With the increasing development of science and technology, people's living standards are getting better and better. Cars have gradually become an indispensable tool for family travel. China is a populous country, and the number of cars is increasing year by year. As the number of cars continues to increase, the number of car collisions also increases. For vehicles with severe collision damage, the welding quality during the repair of the body directly affects the safety factor of the repaired vehicle.

1 汽车的焊接方法
随着汽车轻量化发展,高强度钢和超高强度钢取代了传统的车身金属,在装配与维修过程中已完全取消高热量且会导致大面积变形的传统焊接方法(电弧焊接、氧乙炔焊接等),取而代之的是操作简单且热量小的惰性气体保护焊与电阻点焊。(剩余3339字)
