关于车辆方向盘摆振的补偿方法及补偿系统研究

摘 要:研究电动助力转向系统对方向盘摆振补偿的功能,通过对影响方向盘摆振因素的分解,当整车基本参数确定的情况下可以采用EPS进行摆振补偿。通过摆振补偿功能开发到某车型实车测试验证,有效解决高速制动等工况下方向盘摆振问题。该研究为车辆方向盘摆振问题的解决提供采用EPS补偿方式提供方法及系统。

Abstract:This paper studies the steering wheel shimmy compensation function of electric power steering system. Through the decomposition of the factors affecting the steering wheel shimmy, when the vehicle basic parameters are determined, EPS can be used for shimmy compensation. The shimmy compensation function is developed and verified in a real vehicle, which can effectively solve the steering wheel shimmy problem under high-speed braking conditions. This study provides a method and system to solve the steering wheel shimmy problem by using EPS compensation.

1 引言

近年来汽车行业高速蓬勃发展,人们对汽车燃油经济性要求越来越高,越来越多的汽车装配电动助力转向系统(Electric Power System,简称EPS),该系统可使驾驶员操纵转向更轻便,能及时准确地执行驾驶员转向操纵指令,同时可以节省燃油,对环境更加友好。(剩余3160字)
