摘 要：常见的制动块健康状态检测方案存在显著缺陷，或为安全性低，可靠性差，或为成本高，系统复杂;本文提出一种简便快捷的检测方案，可以对制动块健康状态进行可靠的检测，提高了实际应用性和普遍适用性。

Abstract：There are significant defects in common brake block health status detection schemes， such as low safety， poor reliability， high cost and complex system. In this paper， a simple and quick detection scheme is proposed， which can reliably detect the health state of the brake block and improve the practical application and universal applicability.

1 引言

常见的制动块健康状态检测方案为简易式和电子式两种，简易式为利用摩擦发出尖锐的金属摩擦声来提供警告;电子式为利用磨破制动块的绝缘层导致它和制动盘接通相通，进而点亮报警灯提醒。（剩余1169字）
