基于固定点法的数字温度计测量不确定度分析

【摘要】采用固定点装置对数字温度计进行校准,能够有效提升校准不确定度水平。本文对基于固定点装置的校准方法进行了描述,并对校准结果的不确定度进行了分析。研究结果表明,采用固定点装置对数字温度计进行校准能够有效提高不确定度水平,有利于高精度数字温度计技术的发展和应用场景的拓展。

Analysis of Measurement Uncertainty of Digital Thermometer Based on Fixed Point Method

Abstract: The calibration of digital thermometers using a fixed-point device can effectively improve the calibration uncertainty level. This paper describes the calibration method based on the fixed-point device and analyzed the uncertainty of the calibration results. The results show that the calibration of digital thermometers using fixed-point devices can effectively improve the level of uncertainty, which was conducive to the development of high-precision digital thermometer technology and the expansion of application scenarios.
