计量技术机构在深化基础研究中的作用探讨

【摘要】本文就计量技术机构在深化基础研究中的作用进行了分析，从计量标准的定义、计量技术机构与基础研究的关系入手，分析我国计量技术能力现状存在的问题，并提出了发展对策，最终得出结论：完善我国计量技术机构服务能力，持续提升新技术领域的计量水平，满足基础研究需求是深化基础研究的有效途径。

Exploring the Role of Metrology Institutions in Advancing Basic Research

Abstract： This article analyzes the role of metrological technology institutions in advancing basic research. It starts by defining metrological standards and discussing the relationship between metrological technology institutions and basic research. It analyzes the existing problems in China’s metrological technology capabilities and proposes development strategies. The conclusion is that improving the service capabilities of metrological technology institutions in China， continuously enhancing the metrological level in new technology fields， and meeting the demands of basic research are effective ways to advancing basic research.
