【摘要】本文从“鬼秤”现象的现状入手，分析了其对市场经济和消费者权益的影响，并从衡器生产、销售、使用和监管等方面提出了加强衡器管理的措施和建议，旨在为我国衡器市场的健康发展提供参考。

Abstract： This article starts with the current situation of the deceptive scale phenomenon， analyzes its impact on the market economy and consumer rights， and proposes measures and suggestions to strengthen the management of scales from the aspects of production， sales， use， and regulation. The aim of the article is to provide reference for the healthy development of the scale market in our country.
