学术期刊编辑人才队伍建设探析

【摘要】学术期刊的发展离不开编辑人才队伍的建设，提高学术期刊编辑人才队伍素质是学术期刊发展繁荣的重要一环。在分析学术期刊编辑特点的基础上，针对当前编辑人才队伍建设面临的问题，本文给出了人才队伍建设的路径对策，为学术期刊人才队伍培养及期刊建设发展提供参考。

An Analysis of the Construction of Talent Teams for Academic Journal Editors

Abstract： The development of academic journals cannot be separated from the construction of the editorial talent team， and improving the quality of the editorial talent team is an important part of the prosperity of academic journals. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of academic journal editors， this article provides a path and strategy for talent team construction in response to the current problems faced by the construction of editorial talent teams， providing reference for the cultivation of academic journal talent teams and the development of journal construction.
