液浸式变压器油箱耐受试验研究实践

【摘要】风电机舱用液浸式变压器客户要求进行油箱耐受试验,按照BS EN 50464—4:2007标准进行试验有许多限制条件,导致试验过程中存在一些干扰。为了达到同样的验证效果,本文提出了新的试验方法并实施验证,在试验过程中也发现了一些问题,在此提出以供以后试验中予以注意。

Research and Practice on Oil Tank Tolerance Test of Liquid Immersed Transformer

Abstract: The customer of the liquid-immersed transformer used in the wind turbine engine room requires the oil tank endurance test. There are many restrictions in the test according to the standard BS EN 50464—4:2007, which leads to some interference during the test. In order to achieve the same verification effect, a new test method is put forward and verified, and some problems are also found in the test process, which are put forward here for attention in future tests.

随着风电行业的蓬勃发展,单台机组容量越来越大,所需要的机舱内配套变压器容量和电压等级也越来越高,由于机舱处于百米高空,要求其体积和重量越小越好,随着容量和电压等级的升高,目前干式变压器已没有了优势,越来越多的风机厂家选择液浸式变压器作为机舱变。(剩余3549字)
