液浸式变压器油箱耐受试验研究实践

【摘要】风电机舱用液浸式变压器客户要求进行油箱耐受试验，按照BS EN 50464—4：2007标准进行试验有许多限制条件，导致试验过程中存在一些干扰。为了达到同样的验证效果，本文提出了新的试验方法并实施验证，在试验过程中也发现了一些问题，在此提出以供以后试验中予以注意。

Research and Practice on Oil Tank Tolerance Test of Liquid Immersed Transformer

Abstract： The customer of the liquid-immersed transformer used in the wind turbine engine room requires the oil tank endurance test. There are many restrictions in the test according to the standard BS EN 50464—4：2007， which leads to some interference during the test. In order to achieve the same verification effect， a new test method is put forward and verified， and some problems are also found in the test process， which are put forward here for attention in future tests.

随着风电行业的蓬勃发展，单台机组容量越来越大，所需要的机舱内配套变压器容量和电压等级也越来越高，由于机舱处于百米高空，要求其体积和重量越小越好，随着容量和电压等级的升高，目前干式变压器已没有了优势，越来越多的风机厂家选择液浸式变压器作为机舱变。（剩余3549字）
