基于故障树分析法的汽车电路故障诊断与排除

【摘 要】汽车故障诊断是汽修专业人员的核心能力。电路故障诊断相比机械故障诊断而言,更加抽象复杂。本文以ECM的电源电路为例,从电路原理、工作过程出发,利用故障树分析法进行故障原因分析,希望对学习和实践能提供一些帮助。

【Abstract】Automotive fault diagnosis is the core competence of automotive repair professionals. Circuit fault diagnosis is more abstract and complex than mechanical fault diagnosis. This article takes the power supply circuit of the ECM as an example,starting from the circuit principle and working process,and uses the fault tree analysis method to analyze the cause of the fault. It is hoped that it can provide some help for our learning and practice.
