【摘  要】结合多年的汽车线束零部件设计经验,新能源汽车高压线束的固定方案大体上可设计为3类:金属支架方案、塑料支架方案和包胶金属支架方案。本文详细介绍这几类设计方案、材料选型、加工工艺、设计验证和DVP实验等。

【Abstract】In the new energy vehicle industry,combined with years of experience in designing automotive wiring harness components,the fixing schemes for high-voltage wiring harnesses can generally be designed into three categories: metal bracket scheme,plastic bracket scheme,and Over-molding Bracket scheme. This article provides a detailed introduction to these types of design schemes,material selection,processing technology,design verification,DVP experiments,etc.
