一种全电控挖机的斗杆自适应控制方法

【摘  要】挖机斗杆运动停止时存在冲击现象,在斗杆运动过程中,若突松手柄,先导压力会迅速复位,整车停止冲击大现象更加明显。针对改善停止冲击现象,本文提出一种斗杆自适应调节方法。于斗杆停止过程中进行泵流量和阀芯关闭速度自适应控制,来改善泵压波动较大现象,降低停止冲击。

An Adaptive Control Method for Bucket Rods of Fully Electrically Controlled Excavators

【Abstract】There is impact phenomenon when the arm stops moving. In the process of arm movement,if the handle is suddenly loosened,the pilot pressure will be quickly reset,and the excavator will stop the impact phenomenon is more obvious. In order to improve this phenomenon,an adaptive adjustment method of arm is proposed in this paper. In the arm stop process of adaptive control pump flow and spool closing speed control,to improve the pump pressure fluctuation phenomenon,reduce the stop impact.
