关于刺破压接状态的判定方法

【摘  要】随着汽车线束轻量化、扁平化技术的发展，汽车线束的连接器设计也开始越来越多样化。其中，刺破压接因具有轻量化、节省空间、传输信号稳定等优势而成为主流方式之一，如越来越多的车灯厂在设计车灯线束上就会选用刺破压接形式。本文主要介绍刺破压接的检查和判定方法。

【Abstract】With the development of lightweight and flat technology for automotive wiring harnesses，the connector design of automotive wiring harnesses is becoming increasingly diverse. Among them，piercing and crimping has become one of the mainstream methods due to its advantages of lightweight，space saving，and stable signal transmission. For example，more and more car lamp manufacturers are choosing piercing and crimping forms when designing car lamp harnesses. This article mainly introduces the inspection and judgment methods for piercing and crimping.
