新能源汽车高压配电盒高低压集成PCB一体化研究

【摘 要】本文主要针对高压控制盒内部高压铜排和线束连接采用高低压集成PCB一体化设计进行研究,通过这种设计不仅可以减少由于线束损坏、接触不良等造成的安全隐患,还可以大大节省布置空间,使高压配电盒体积尺寸小型化、轻量化,一体化设计亦可以减少繁琐的安装工序,提升生产效率,节省人工成本。

in the High Voltage Distribution Box of New Energy Vehicles

【Abstract】The article mainly studies the integrated design of high and low voltage integrated PCB for the connection of high-voltage copper bars and wiring harnesses inside the high-voltage control box. Through this design,not only can safety hazards caused by wire harness damage and poor contact be reduced,but also large space can be arranged,making the volume and size of the high-voltage distribution box smaller and lighter. The integrated design can also reduce tedious installation processes and improve production efficiency,Save labor costs.
