浅谈汽车电子产品的高加速寿命试验设计

【摘  要】为适应匹配如今的高速研发现状,高加速寿命试验方法已逐渐成熟,其试验效率高以及研发成本低的特点更是深受各大车企的青睐。对此,本文从汽车电子产品的相关试验方案设计展开,对温度、振动以及综合类试验方法进行介绍,通过分析说明实际试验的失效故障现象以及改进措施,为相关从业者提供参考。

【Abstract】In order to adapt to the current situation of high-speed research and development,the high accelerated life test method has gradually matured,and its characteristics of high test efficiency and low research and development cost are favored by the major automobile enterprises. In this paper,from the automotive electronic products related test scheme design,temperature,vibration and comprehensive test methods are introduced. Through the analysis of the actual test failure phenomenon and improvement measures,for the relevant practitioners to provide reference.
