内置式永磁同步电机恒流频比控制改进策略

【摘 要】对无位置传感器内置式永磁同步电机恒流频比控制策略进行研究。针对d、q轴电感不相等,在转子初始位置定位后,提出基于给定电流启动的角度补偿法,可以避免启动时产生负扭矩,降低失步风险,减小转速振荡。仿真结果表明,改进的恒流频比控制策略可以使电机快速稳定启动,具有良好的性能和可靠性。

Improved I/f Control Strategy Based on Sensorless Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

【Abstract】The I/f control strategy of sensor-less permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied. In view of the unequal inductance of d and q axes,an Angle compensation method based on the given current was proposed after the initial position of the rotor was fixed,which could avoid negative torque when starting,reduce the risk of stepping out of step and reduce the vibration of speed. The simulation results show that the improved I/f control strategy can make the motor start quickly and stably,with good performance and reliability.
