Analysis of Professor Sun Dawu'sPrescription and Medication Rules for Treating KneeOsteoarthritis Based on Data Mining

Abstract：ObjectiveThepurposeofthisstudyis toexploreProfesorSuDawusmedicationrulesfortreatingKneeOsteoarthritis （KOA）utilizingtheTraditionalChineseMedicine InheritanceAssistance PlatformV3.5.Methods WecolectedcasedataonKOA patientstreatedbyProfesorSunDauatteoupatientclcofteScondAfiliatedHospitalofHunanUniversityofTaditionalCine Medicine fromDecember2021toDecember2O22.Arelevantdatabasewasestablished，andvariousanalyticalmethods，includingfrequencyanalysis，asociationruleanalysisandentropyclusteranalysis，wereemploedtoevaluate drug usagefrequency，meridiandistributionof thefourqiandfiveflavors，andtodiscussthecompatibilityrlesandcharacteristicsofProfessorSunDawu'straditional Chinesemedicine.ResultsAtotalofOpresciptiostatetheicusioncitereanalyd，involving68dfrentdicin， 16of which wereprescribed6Otimesormore.Theprimarymeridiansassociatedwiththesemedicinesweretheliver，splee，andkidney.The predominantfourqiwerewarmandcalm，whiletemaiflavorswerebiter，pungent，andsweet.Aditionall，9drugpair combinationsand12homdrugcombinationswereidentified，along withtheclusteringof5coredrugcompositions.ConclusionProfessorSunDawutreats KOAbyefctivelyutilizingpungentand warmproducts，mphasizingthecombinationofremovingbloodstasind replenishing the body，thereby eliminating pathogenic factors without harming the body.
